NOW IN 2025, the Labor Benefits Association will offer its members dental and vision benefits with Delta Dental of Illinois. LBA members can choose to enroll in the dental plan, the vision plan, or both.

Dental Plan Highlights:

• Available nationwide to all LBA members, spouses and their dependents under age 26.
• Coverage includes preventive, basic and major dental services. More than 70,000 dentists to choose from – click here to search for Delta Dental dentists.
• Most significant savings seen if you go to a PPO dentist; Services by Delta Premier network dentists and out-of-network dentists are also covered.
• Delta Dental PPO and Delta Dental Premier dentists will file claims for you.

Vision Plan Highlights:

• Available nationwide to all LBA members, spouses and their dependents under age 26.
• Comprehensive Annual Eye Exam
• Lenses, including Standard Single Vision, Standard Lined Bifocal, Standard Lined Trifocal,  and discounts on Standard and Premium Progressive Lenses.
